Exchange and Cancellation Policy

1. Partial or Non-Delivery

In case of partial delivery of a product, customers must report the issue immediately upon receipt.

If the product is not delivered, PEDAL PROS INDIA PVT. LTD. shall be liable only for the refund of the exact amount paid by the customer for the undelivered item(s).

2. Exchange Policy

Requests for product exchange will be accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges will only be processed for products that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may request a cancellation within 3–5 business days of placing the order.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• PEDAL PROS INDIA PVT. LTD. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Common reasons include:
• Limitations on product availability or quantity
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing or product information
• Issues identified by our payment verification or fraud prevention department
• If an order is cancelled (either by the customer within the permitted period or by us), the refund will be processed as per our standard refund timelines.

4. Company Liability

PEDAL PROS INDIA PVT. LTD.’s liability for any claim related to a purchase shall be limited strictly to the cost of the product unit(s) in question.

5. Final Decision

PEDAL PROS INDIA PVT. LTD. retains the full and final right to determine whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees to accept and abide by the company’s decision regarding cancellation or refund eligibility.
